At 4D Ceramix, each technician is dedicated in providing the best service and producing a product to exceed expectations and improve the quality of life for your patients. 4D Ceramix is a high end, modern dental laboratory, specialising in crown and bridge as well as denture work, based in Watford. The laboratory is equipped with excellent facilities having a heavy emphasis on the CAD/CAM side. We like to think that this shows our open and welcoming attitude to newer technologies. We have our own scanning and milling equipment so we are able to take full advantage of these technologies allowing us to work more efficiently and precisely, resulting in outstanding work raising industry standards. Since all facilities are in-house we can often offer a quicker turnaround compared to other labs. However, not everything is computer and technology reliant as the head technician has over 35 years of valuable experience in dentistry. He has also worked alongside patients which broadened his understanding and knowledge of chairside complexities faced by dentists. We like to work closely with our surgeon's in order to ensure the best possible outcomes so both patients and dentists are happy with the results. This is crucially important for us because we are not the ordinary laboratory who push out as many jobs as they can within a set time frame. Instead, we think about the details. - The small, seemingly unimportant aspects of something that is often the cause of trouble.
