We are a family owned business that has been trading across the North East for more than 50 years. We are also now an approved supplier and installer of quality stairlifts offering versatile solutions to all your stairlift requirements, from a straight stairlift to a more complicated curved stairlift designed specifically to fit your home. Based in the North East of England we supply stairlifts to the surrounding areas including:- Newcastle, Teesside, Wearside, Tyneside, Consett, Stanley, Durham, Tynedale, Northumbria & Cumbria.
At Access Solutions we appreciate that buying a stairlift is not always the best solution for everyone. We can offer a flexible rental solution as an alternative to buying for most straight stairlifts. This flexible service helps us to meet the needs of many of our clients. All of our rental lifts have been purchased from new by ourselves and are fully maintained and serviced before each fitting. We can therefore offer both peace of mind that the stairlift we are fitting is in good working order and also give the reassurance of breakdown cover free of charge with all our rentals.

Our team of experienced stairlift engineers are all fully qualified time served electricians which allows us to provide a full installation solution without the need for other trades.
