ACTEX core philosophy is driven to protect people exposed to the risk of concussions and brain trauma in organized sports and other brain risk professions, supporting core values in developing leadership, trust, teamwork, and character…creating meaning to strive for excellence and the macro social significance of what this means to American society. We desire to see all athletic endeavors rendered "safer" as a result of the work that we do and products that we bring to market. We believe in a collaborative approach to research, ‘expanding intelligence' creating a culture and design of structure to enhance sustainable innovation in forming strategic partnerships between leading academic, military and private research groups. The science and technology of ‘Safe Helmet' carries forward to all environments in which the brain is exposed to impact risk; including but not limited to Hockey, Formulae One Racing, NASCAR, Lacrosse, Motorcycle Racing, Police, Military, National Guard, and civilian applications such as motorcycle riders, bicycle riders, and off-road 4-wheel drive activities.
