Aghetto Srl is a startup that based on an international patent for an innovative syringe. All syringes on the market today require the two hands to remove the cap from the needle and the needle from the syringe. However, healthcare workers don't always have both hands free because they often have to handle other objects or instruments. With the Aghetto syringe, just one hand is enough to remove the cap from the needle and the needle from the syringe, the other hand can be used for other tasks (for example, holding a vial, a venous cannula, a cotton ball, an ultrasound probe, or - in veterinary medicine- holding still a pet)
