MAKE YOUR OWN OPINION https://lnkd.in/edc3SyuC OBVIOUS LIES OF ENCORE AND ITS EXECUTIVES In 1998-1999, the executives of ENCORE (now DJO Surgical - ENOVIS) promised AKTHEA's negotiators and executives, the exclusivity of the distribution of ENCORE products in France. That promise was a lie because an exclusive distribution agreement had already been signed with another company for the same products and the same territory, valid at the same time. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS HAVE BEEN ONGOING SINCE 2001 ENCORE/ DJO and its attorneys at law sabotaged all attempts at amicable negotiations in order to find a negotiated outcome to the disputes, which would have saved a lot of time and money, especially attorneys at law fees for proceedings that have lasted for more than 21 years. These legal proceedings have not been completed. It has cost millions dollars in attorneys at law fees in pure loss; ENCORE - DJO has already been ordered to pay a sum of money to the liquidator of AKTHEA. FAILURE TO REPORT LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO THE SEC These legal proceedings have never been reported in the filings to the SEC nor provisioned in the accounts of DJO. ELEMENTS OF TAX FRAUD AND VAT FRAUD The fees of ENCORE - DJO's attorneys at law amount to several million dollars. The invoices for these fees include obvious elements of tax evasion, VAT fraud and social security contribution fraud. ACTIVE OR PASSIVE COMPLICITY OF DJO AND ITS EXECUTIVES? The invoices are validated by an executive of DJO/ ENOVIS whose name is written in full on the invoices. WHO BENEFITS FROM the concealment of the legal proceedings in the filings to the SEC, the conflict of interest, the possible insider trading and especially of the millions of dollars paid in attorneys' fees with invoices that include elements of tax fraud and VAT fraud?
