The Sletcher is market ready and deployed on operations in support of remote site and hostile environments scenarios, with HEMS, maritime and resuce / USAR teams and medical providers and military organisations. ArmaTrex have also designed and pioneered a revolutionary new limb splinting system utilising expanding foam. The ArmaTrex META (Medical Emergency Trauma Appliance) single limb splint is now ready for market entry Q4 2024.
