Arthritect

Arthritect is a Liverpool based technology company conducting research and development in the medical device sector to deliver innovative and novel products. The Arthritect device uses electrode arrays to detect and monitor active inflammation in the joints of the hand. It aims to speed up diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and monitor disease progression in response to treatment. It will allow clinicians to find effective treatment plans for each patient much more efficiently, improving quality of life and reducing time and costs for healthcare providers.
