Balance Innovation Center (BIC) is dedicated to creating innovative medical devices. We are also dedicated to creating diversity in STEM by providing an environment for women and under-represented minorities WHERE THEY can thrive. BIC will also be the foundation for a non-profit STEM program, offering role models, mentors, internships, and other programs to youth and the community it is a part of.
