Bioanchor Medical provides the high quality plasma spray Ti and HA coating with the state-of-art systems and process. Our coatings fulfill all the FDA guidance and ISO standards. We have 2 VPS and 1 APS customized from Oerlikon and Medicoat, the full capacity can be up to 400k Ti coated and 300k HA coated parts. Besides the coating, we can provide the total solutions from design to final products including casting, forging, machining, coating and packaging.
