Our efficient solutions include predictive modeling and the development of diagnostic medical devices. Predictive modeling includes finite element modeling, statistical modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence. The founders (Dr Rajshree Hillstrom, MBA, PhD, and Dr Howard Hillstrom, PhD) have a combined 50+ years of experience in the field and have disseminated their research findings and expertise through 150+ peer-reviewed scientific papers, 10+ book chapters, 6 patents and 150+ international conferences. Biomed Consulting was recently awarded an NIH-NIAMS-SBIR funding, Award # 1R43AR080486-01A1 for the development of a standardized, reliable and easy-to-use clinical instrument to measure first ray mobility and position of the medial forefoot to assist with clinical decisions and treatments. Biomed Consulting was also awarded an administrative supplement grant for the development of a commercialization plan for the medical device through the NIH / I-Corps program. Biomed Consulting led the implementation of robotic rehabilitation facilities at Holy Name and executed a business and financial viability plan for the hospital medical research center.
