BYMED Medical & Aviation was founded in 2004 in order to produce precision parts mainly for dental and medical industries. Since then, with successful engineering results and technology investments, BYMED has begun to work for other industries. The company currently continues its activities at new 1300 m2 factory building located in İzmir Çiğli Industrial Area. BYMED is a sub-contractor company which owns fully automatic 9 axis movable CNC machines supported by advanced industrial design 3D CAD-CAM softwares for the production. BYMED can expertly mill a range of materials including titanium, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and nickel and gives companies a clear competitive advantage with custom solutions and turnkey engineering. BYMED which is ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 registered company can easily adapt to the requirements of any quality standards. For the documentation of the production and the achievement of the required standards, all steps of the production process from planning till the last control are carefully monitored.
