CarciReagent – in vitro diagnostic device for self-testing, designed for the detection of monohydroxyphenol metabolites (tyrosine) and its indicative amount in the patient's urine Designed as lay semi-quantitative test for self-testing (home use) The test use a chemical chromogenic method. The idea is that the presence of the substance of interest in the test sample is detected by a chemical reaction that produces visible color changes. The result can then be compared to a color scale.
