Criosauna

RO:Criosauna este opusul unei saune conventionale, organismul fiind expus pentru foarte scurt timp (1 - 3 minute) la o temperatura cuprinsa intre -120°C si -180°C. In ciuda valorilor extrem de scazute, corpul nu ingheata deoarece aerul din criosauna este foarte uscat. In aer umed, aceasta temperatura ar fi cu siguranta, inacceptabila pentru organism. Senzatia perceputa in timpul procedurii este suportabila, fiind mai putin neplacuta decat un dus cu apa rece, spre exemplu. In spite of the extremely low temperatures, the body doesn't freeze because in the cryosauna, the air is very dry.
