Milled Gold Crowns at Flat Fees for Digital Dentists in 5 Days or less.

As the name implies, Easy Gold Crowns is the most cost effective and simplest workflow for manufacturing gold dental restorations for dentists using an intraoral scanner.

It could not be easier. Milling high noble gold dental alloys is most accurate and precise due to the stability of the alloy during the machining process, and because they are milled by very robust 8500 pound machines. The crowns exit the mills with a nearly polished finish. A few minutes of polishing and they are ready for insertion.

The flat fee price includes design, manufacturing, and 2nd day shipping.

Understanding Easy Gold Crowns Flat Fees

We established our fees by calculating the average weight of standard crown (not implant crowns) single units milled during the last calendar year. In 2018, this average was 3.4 grams. We then calculated additional costs involved with the CAD/CAM process and came to the price we advertise. We analyze costs semi-annually and adjust the fee for the metal up or down according to the precious metal markets. Our goal is to maintain stable prices to keep it simple for everybody.

These prices include:
• Design
• Manufacturing
• Gold weight up to two-times the average (At present, 3.5 x 2 = 7 grams)
o If a crown should exceed the allowance, an additional charge for the additional metal is collected after manufacturing is complete
TIP: Request design of bridge pontics with a hollow area, later to be filled with composite in the dental office, to help avoid additional charges.
• Shipping (second day air)
In addition and only upon request, though they are unnecessary
• CAD / Model design
• CAM / A 3d printed working area peace of mind model,
o working area of working arch only with removable die
