Endoron Medical is an Israel-based medical device company founded in 2019. It specializes in developing a catheter-based endograft stapling solution known as EndoStapling. This technology is designed to enhance the sealing and fixation of endografts used in the minimally invasive repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). EndoStapling offers a 360° simultaneous fixation with a straightforward deployment mechanism, ensuring a tight seal that addresses the challenges of securing endografts. The solution is particularly effective for patients with short and complicated neck anatomies of the aorta, providing a long-lasting alternative to traditional open surgeries. Endoron Medical targets the approximately 400,000 new AAA patients diagnosed annually in the U.S. and Europe, with a significant portion presenting complex anatomies. The company is currently conducting feasibility clinical trials to validate its technology and has received a €2.5 million grant from the European Innovation Council to support its innovative efforts.
