EndoStream Medical is an Israeli medical device company based in Or Akiva, specializing in innovative technologies for treating brain aneurysms, particularly wide-neck cerebral aneurysms. Founded in 2015, the company aims to improve clinical outcomes for patients with cerebrovascular diseases through advanced endovascular treatment solutions. The flagship product, the Nautilus Intrasaccular System, is a self-conforming scaffold that adapts to the unique shapes of aneurysms. It enhances coil stability and promotes intrasaccular thrombosis, effectively aiding in the treatment of brain aneurysms. The Nautilus device is designed to be used alongside aneurysm embolization coils. EndoStream's products are approved for sale in Europe, with plans for a U.S. launch in 2026 and entry into the Japanese market by 2027. The company is currently conducting clinical trials, including the TORNADO-US study, to assess the safety and efficacy of the Nautilus system. In December 2024, EndoStream was acquired by Kaneka Corporation, which aims to leverage its manufacturing capabilities to further develop medical devices for cerebrovascular treatment.
