Exchange Supplies is a social enterprise established to supply products, information, and services to improve and prolong the lives of people who inject drugs. Our most important products are: Syringes with plungers in different colours designed to reduce accidental sharing of equipment (the most common cause of sharing); Total Dose low dead space needles designed to reduce the amount of blood (and therefore HIV/HCV infectivity) in syringes for detachable needles; Sterile single use citric and ascorbic acid sachets for injecting drug users; Single use spoons for drug preparation; and A unique catalogue of drug information targeted at drug users and/or health professionals designed to improve knowledge and reduce harm.
