Our system utilizes advanced AI-Optimized 3D Scanning and Modeling software by Xkelet, which allows a user to perform a fast, 7-10 second, no contact scan of an injured extremity using an iPad with attached 3D Scanner. The precise measurements gathered by that scan are used by the Xkelet software to virtually construct a personalized splint or brace for review and approval in less than two minutes. The brace model can then be viewed and manipulated on the iPad Screen to show the patient and allow the doctor to inspect prior to 3D Printing.
