We also provide knowledge, training and troubleshooting services to the clinics and authorised dealers. Buying equipment is an investment and E.D.M helps clinics understand the importance of making an educated choice. We believe the use of local distributors is a key aspect for prompt and effective customer service. E.D.M does not sell directly to Dental or Medical offices. In fact, all inquiries made on our web page or received by the manufacture will be transferred to a local dealer. Another important aspect to consider is the Total Cost of Ownership "TCO" including maintenance and repairs.
