The data is then transmitted via the eyeTelemed Platform to a remote specialist for assessment. The key products that form the eyeTelemed Platform are: • eyeConnect – an automated remote telehealth assessment system that captures high resolution eye images, tonometry, other ophthalmic eye tests and patient history into a single patient report. It collects a standard package of diagnostic information from a patient at any location and transmits it to a specialist at any site for assessment and/or screening.
