Galilei Software has focused on Animal Room Automation. Exploiting the potentials of Digitization and Mechanization. One of the first steps was to migrate Electronic Shelf Labels known from Retail to Lab Animal Rooms. The CageTalkers® are Electronic Cage Cards, which do not need printers or paper. They can be attached to all kinds of cages, fish tanks or other containers. They update automatically, allow an automatic physical census and indicate priorities with their LED Flash light directly at the cages.
The Galilei Animal Room Automation Modules and the CageTalkers® are designed to leverage existing functions of Lab Animal Management Systems and other Data Sources in place to work in the Animal Room more effectively.
We are permanently improving our Web Services to allow heterogeneous Data Sources being connected to CageTalkers® serving inventory control, billing and process optimization.
A special Automation Module, the Changing Station Operating System (CSOS) supports the processes in animal rooms by a fully virtual interactive Smart Rack a virtual interactive Changing Station and integrated Artificial Intelligence to minimize user interaction with the documentation system.
