Our technology offers a solution to detecting concussions an other neurologic disorders by providing the most accurate and rapid method of assessing the impairment status to meet the needs in different industries with different applications, ages, and disparity groups at different price points. This technology has been proven in clinical environments and efficacy has been established. Using AR, VR, and Faceguard platforms with artificial intelligence, the technology can detect early biomarkers to determine impairments which affect the central nervous system, enabling earlier treatment to be instituted. The future development of the Faceguard, embedded with the technology, will be a highly unique one-of- a-kind device for all contact sports, and stand alone in this endeavor. GazePoint has proprietary evidenced-based software in different head-worn products, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Faceguards, each of which are embedded with head and eye tracking sensors to provide the Impairment Status of individuals being assessed. Fundamentally, we measure the various eye movements, which are based on eye fixation, and use artificial intelligence to assess concussions, and detect other neurologic impairments which can affect performance in activities of work or activities of daily living. The measured eye movement data is transmitted to a remote hand- held device, where the information is processed, viewed and used to detect and monitor impairments. Any of the platforms used can be used in the Civilian, Medical, Sport, or Department of Defense environment to determine impairment status or predict human performance. Those products using a display can also provide visual rehabilitation for the detected neurologic impairments and can assess improvement with rehabilitation or pharmacologic therapy
