Global Pandemic Consortium

Global Pandemic Consortium (GPC) is dedicated to the development, research, manufacture and distribution of life-saving technologies for those infected by COVID-19. At present GPC is supporting the development and research of two potentially "game changing" technologies for the treatment of COVID-19. This treatment involves the use of ultraviolet light blood irradiation (UBI). GPC was founded by Dr. Thomas Fagan, who conducted many years of research on UBI before retiring. The coronavirus pandemic spurred him to action and the GPC was born to bring the medical, research and business communities together for the worldwide fight against what may be a long list of future viral pandemics. The mission of the GPC is to fast-track research and an emergency response plan that will make UBI therapy readily available to fight this present and future pandemic.
