Our company was founded based on a genuine observation of the nursing staff's requirement for ongoing support with regards to medical equipment. Guinea Biomedical Maintenance (GBM) specializes in enhancing the quality of healthcare by providing sales, after-sales services, and maintenance of medical equipment that meet the standards of reliability and brand quality in Guinea, and potentially across our continent, Africa. Assisting healthcare professionals in their medical device procurement projects involves supporting them from the very beginning of the process, starting with identifying their needs, selecting suitable options that fit within their budget, ensuring on-time delivery, installation, training, and providing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as continuous follow-up. At GBM, we place great emphasis on after-sales service, as we have a team of qualified engineers who are passionate about their work. We also prioritize the training of both healthcare and technical personnel, as over 50% of equipment malfunctions are caused by improper usage by staff members.
