Gyroguard has flourished from a constatation. Installing pedicular screws in spine surgery is a common, but critical gesture. There were no precise enough, light and easily usable device to help, without the use of navigation scanners. Our solution provides a device which aims to secure this surgery, at lowr material and human resources.
