Healthtech Innovations Ltd was founded by Tom Lavery to Improve the lives of patients, by supporting innovation in Healthtech. Healthtech Innovations provides leadership to Medical Device / Healthtech companies and health care systems. Healthtech Innovations is focused in 3 areas. 1. Working with Healthtech Investors, Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds. 2. Helping Medical Device / Healthtech companies to drive growth and innovation. 3. Developing health systems and healthtech ecosystems. I work with investors to bring new innovation to market. I also work with investors to enhance and expand their portfolio's. I have worked with healthtech companies to gain investment and supported investors in making investments in technology and companies. I specialise in start-ups, turnarounds and transformations with a focus on driving innovation, growth and EBITA. I am a successful Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director who can operate internationally across the full business, including commercial, supply chain, R&D, M&A. I work with Healthtech companies to help them grow their revenue and EBITA. I specialise in helping them with strategy and execution to drive growth, transformations, turnarounds and services and solutions. I have worked with pre-revenue, SME and corporates. I work with health systems to help them develop their healthtech ecosystem, with the aim of driving innovation, developing industry, education and employment. I currently work with the largest UK NHS trust and its wider city ecosystem. I advise on partnerships and the development of an Innovation Hub to connect academia, industry and innovators to hospital medical staff, to create access for the translation and adoption of healthtech innovation into the NHS.
