Ingeborg Kaiser founded the company in 2003, having spent more than 30 years working in the surgical instrument industry in Germany.

Arriving in Australia in 1982, Ingeborg commenced to supply the medical industry with instruments, and quickly forged strong relationships with many of Australia’s leading hospitals and medical professionals. She also set a new benchmark for customer service in Australia’s surgical instrument industry.
