Jim M. Weeks

Jim Weeks is Founder and President of Technical Support Specialists (TSS). Started as a service organization for Surgical Lasers, TSS morphed into a premier national independent sales company for various aesthetic skin care companies. In 1997, this was very much a new industry and many of the very products now distributed nationally by TSS were the result of Jim's due diligence in the fields of Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Medical Spa and Day Spas. Jim established and manages a national sales network of experienced independent sales representatives located throughout all of the major markets across the country to represent an elite line of manufacturers in the Aesthetic Market. Jim utilized his extensive medical and aesthetic laser background to become significantly involved in major aesthetic concentrations such as PRP, stem cells, acne treatments and acne products and all areas of aesthetic laser applications. Prior to forming TSS, Jim was Vice-President of Technical Operations for Sharplan Lasers; a U.S. based subsidiary for Laser Industries of Israel. Jim built the service organization from five independent contractors to over 30 direct employees. Under Jim, revenues grew from $400,000.00 to $3.8 million in 1996. In Jim's roles as President of UBS Aesthetics and Technical Support Specialists he has been involved in two significant international relationships in Israel and China. These roles resulted in Jim traveling to both Israel and China twice to formulate the working relationship in an operational capacity. Jim earned a BS Degree in Physics from the State University of New York, College of Oswego.
