Jortek Surgical is dedicated to developing innovative solutions in sports medicine and joint reconstruction. Kelly Ammann, founder of Jortek Surgical has a unique background including 20 years of product development experience in orthopedic instrumentation and implants. Kelly was most recently VP of Engineering for iBalance Medical and was responsible for the development of the iBalance High Tibial Osteotomy system, which was recently acquired by a major orthopedic company. Jortek Surgical is focused on joint restoration technologies; surgical instruments, implants and techniques for restoring normal joint function intended to delay or eliminate the need for eventual joint replacement.
