Kairos Surgical has been representing Arthrex in New England since 2011. We help our local surgeons treat their patients better by educating them on the safe and effective use of Arthrex products at our surgical skills training center in Marlborough MA and Wethersfield CT. Starting with only 5 employees, the Kairos' team has grown substantially and now consists of over 90 technology consultants and specialists who bring added value to the orthopedic industry and our communities. The organization pursues highly talented employees and focuses on developing their skills further. This creates a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth, as well as a competitive mentality.
