Home Medical Equipment: Our nine locations offer a full line of respiratory, diabetic and home medical products. 24 Hour Emergency Services: Special assistance to our oxygen and medical equipment customers through a 24-hour emergency telephone service. Patient Instruction and Training: Our staff is fully educated and trained on the operation of the equipment. Instructions are carried out at our locations or in the comfort and convenience of your home. Reimbursement Assistance: Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payers are prequalified for our customers. Discharge Assistance: We work directly with your Physician and hospital discharge planners to provide a smooth transition from hospital care to home care. Consultations: Our staff professionals meet as required with referral personnel or with the patient to solve any matter involving home care services. Delivery services: Delivery service, setup, patient instruction and training are included at no charge. Benefits Provided for our Customer: Our Pharmacist's are always available to answer any of your prescription questions. We have Certified and Registered Respiratory Therapist who will set up oxygen, CPAP's and other respiratory equipment. Our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will assist in all paper work and our trained Service Technicians will educate you on your equipment
