We provide care and our services to many rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities in Western Connecticut and Putnum, Westchester, Dutches counties, and the Bronx and Yonkers. We are always happy to accommodate the needs of the patients, if a home visit is necessary. Our first priority is the patient satisfaction and appropriate care for each individual.
