LASER-GO GLOBAL

The project aims to further develop the European Strategic Cluster Partnership in Photonics for Health into a Global Value Network bringing together 6 clusters from 5 EU countries from the healthcare, health tech and photonics sectors. The planned meta-cluster will setup through the global network of clusters and their counterparts in the target markets the Global Value Network through which cluster company offers will be realized as business cases at a scale to monetize the value streams from company products, services, knowledge or information. Specifically, the project will aim to develop Value Mapping Analysis tools, will gather intelligence about the unmet market needs in the target markets and create a network of technology scouts and the network representatives from the local photonics and health tech ecosystems. Network building activities are envisioned to be based on a systematic analysis of the value streams of the SMEs involved in the participating clusters and matchmaking their value propositions with those of the companies from the business networks in the target markets to create joint business cases attractive for investors and markets.
