About our product: it’s a Robotic Rehabilitation model for the Lower limp for three joints the hip, the knee and the ankle which capable to walk a spinal cord patient. The device will be attached with the patient beside his leg by straps around his thigh, shin and foot also there’s abdominal straps that hold him upright. The device consists of metal links, gears and motors that give the patient the power to move his leg and walk. The motors and gearboxes are carefully chosen to apply the needed torque to move leg’s weight at each joint (hip and knee). Using about four microcontrollers to control the four joints and one master microcontroller to communicate with them all. The straps hold the legs firmly but without creating pressure points.
