It is a dynamic and progressive trading company specializing in the importation, distribution and after sales service of Medical devices, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Apparatus and Hospital Consumables covering both Public and Private Hospitals. The Company evolved out of X. LYSSIOTIS TRADING CORPORATION LTD (incorporated in 1989) after the financial crisis of March 2013 in Cyprus that led to the bankruptcy of the main Banks of the island and the insolvency of thousand of private held companies. The Founder and CEO of the Company, Mr. Xanthos R. Lyssiotis (age 58), is a graduate of the School of Business of Indiana University in Bloomington, USA and a holder of an MBA degree with focus on International Business from Babson College, Wellesley -Massachusetts, USA. The other Shareholders and Members of the Board and are: Mr. Vasilis X. Lyssiotis, Meng in Civil & Environmental Engineering – Imperial College London Mr. Renos X.
