GENERAL INFORMATION Medical Consultants Africa Limited (MCA) is an established supplier of medical equipment and other supplies in Malawi, with a good track record with the Government, the private and mission hospitals. The number of institutions that receive support from MCA is increasing each year since the company was established in 1995. Management and staff of MCA are committed to perform their work aimed at providing high quality products and services to its customers countrywide. We ensure that our products and services are provided in the most cost effective way to cope with the high competition in the medical industry without compromising with the expected high quality standards. We use technical and management skills to satisfy our customer's needs. BACKGROUND MCA was incorporated in Malawi in 1995 based in Lilongwe, operating as a supplier of medical equipment and consumable supplies. We have an undisputed close relationship with the Ministry of Health as well as District, Mission and Private Hospitals. Through the years, MCA has built a stable relationship and reputation with all our customers. We have for more than 20 years offered our products and services to various hospitals within Malawi. We undertake feasibility studies in order to accurately establish the specific needs of our customers. FULL BACK UP SERVICES MCA is headquartered in Lilongwe and as such, we have facilities that can be mobilized to provide back-up services to our customers for all the regions. Apart from the routine quarterly inventory assessment that we sometimes carry out at customers' premises, we also respond rapidly to any calls where there is a problem with its customers' equipment. MCA established a fully-fledged workshop for its Maintenance Department managed by qualified engineers. The establishment of the workshop was in recognition of the increasing needs for customers to maintain their equipment.
