Medical Scan Technologies (MST) is developing a hand-held full-color 3D camera for use in documenting, measuring, and analyzing skin and skin conditions. The first generation of product, available mid 2011, is suitable for use in commercial retail environments. It can create a detailed 3D map of a skin surface in a fraction of a second. It is not FDA approved.
