On October 22, 2012, substantially all of the assets of LMA International NV were acquired by Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE; TFX) at a price equivalent of approximately SGD 62 cents per share, representing a premium of approximately 50%. LMANA was a part of the of the "substantially all assets" acquired by Teleflex.
