MedPharmPlast Europe is a sector group of EuPC created in 2014 by and for companies involved in the whole supply chain of plastic medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging in Europe. MedPharmPlast Europe assists companies by keeping them informed about the latest developments in European regulations that have an impact on the medical device and pharmaceutical packaging plastics supply chain. As an expert group with other trade bodies, MedPharmPlast Europe represents the interests of the industry to the European legislators in order to arrive at regulations that are both workable and protect the patient. MedPharmPlast Europe believes that this is essential to ensure that patients have access to safe, affordable medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging. This can only be achieved by avoiding increased regulatory complexity and costs that will reduce the competitiveness of the European industry.
