Merit Medical Systems India (MMSI) Private Limited a legal subsidiary of Merit Medical Systems, Inc was incorporated in February 2012 having its corporate office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. MMSI was instituted with a vision to establish a customer focused & sustainable healthcare organization in one of the most exciting and emerging markets – India. On understanding the market through a channel partner business model in May 2017, MMSI established its logistics and distribution operations through a 3 PL warehouse based out of Peenya, Bengaluru. The warehouse acts as the fulfilment centre for MMSI Distributors across India. In order to better understand & to serve customer needs, MMSI constituted a sales team in April 2018. Currently, MMSI is directly represented in over 12 locations across India. .
