MIV was founded in 2003 as BioSync India Pvt Ltd, was subsequently acquired by MIV Therapeutics Inc, Atlanta, US in September 2006 and established as MIV Therapeutics (I) Pvt Ltd. In 2011, Purple Medical Solution Pvt. Ltd, acquired MIV Therapeutics (I) Pvt Ltd and now manage global operations. We have introduced Stent System in India Medical Device Industry. We also provide OEM service for stent cutting.

A world class manufacturing plant has been established in Gujarat, India and the company has developed and commercialized the first Polymer-Free Sirolimus Eluting Stent, the VESTASYNC™ the porous HAp platform and a biodegradable oil to control the release of Sirolimus.

We create innovative interventional medical devices and deliver those products to physicians through its sizable direct domestic sales force and international distributor network.
