The Mucosal Diagnostics™ product range of sampling devices includes nasal and bronchial sampling products developed for the diagnosis of infectious and inflammatory disorders. Our products have been designed to be efficient and easy to use by clinicians and healthcare professionals, with minimal patient discomfort. Our highly skilled team of clinicians and engineers, formed from a collaboration between Hunt Developments (UK) Limited and Imperial College, are driven to improve the sampling process and the patient experience. Nasosorption™ FX·i sampling devices use a synthetic absorptive matrix (SAM™) swab to absorb mucosal lining fluid from the lower nasal turbinate. Our design is engineered for targeted sampling with minimal patient discomfort. Bronchosorption™ FX·i sampling devices use a synthetic absorptive matrix (SAM™) swab to absorb mucosal lining fluid from the lower airways via video bronchoscopy.
