My ID Square makes a medical ID tool and fashion accessory like no other currently on the market. Our medical IDs, call Squids, are a life saving tool that helps those with allergies and any other medical conditions. Our stylish and fun jewelry have a specially created colorful code which allows access for first responders and/or care givers to all needed medical and emergency contact info. Additionally, when the information is accessed, emergency contacts can be automatically alerted by text and email. We sell a variety of accessories that can be worn along with the colorful Squid so that the wearer has not only a potentially life saving tool but also a fun accessory which she can enjoy wearing! Additionally, My ID Square carries a line of traditional and pre-printed medical IDs that can be worn along with our Squid medical IDs. Our medical profiles were designed by doctors, EMT, nurses, parents and patients of all ages to ensure that our profile contained information needed in an emergency, at a doctor's office or in other situations when important information about the user's health is needed. The My ID Square line of Medical IDs are the brainchild of husband and wife team, Joel and Irene, the parents of 3 children. Joel, a nephrologist (kidney specialist), was looking for a better way to access patient records since patients in emergency situations too often do not remember important information about their medical history. Irene, a software engineer, wanted to find a way to use new advances in technology to help Joel and his patients. Irene's solution was a product that was more powerful, easier to use, and far better looking than anything on the market.
