 By accessing a large base of investors including angels in Israel and abroad, as well as Israeli incubators.
 By leading the activity until the company is on track and a CEO is on board.
2) We provide scrutinized deal flows for foreign Investors, overseas Companies, Distributors, etc. that are interested in screening, due diligence and preliminary negotiations with Israeli high-tech companies – based on a retainer and success fees.
3) We provide due diligence and monitoring services to overseas investors for operational visibility.
