Neurab provides a cognitive rehabilitation application on a tablet for patients with acquired cognitive impairment. In particular, it developed a software with specific exercises to rehabilitate specific cognitive deficit, aiming at providing a restoring as well as a compensative intervention. Moreover, the project allows the access to a personal profile on the net, the possibility to connect to a network allowing progress monitoring through performance tracking (which can be used for research purposes as well), and the eventual support by specialists. Neurab provides a two-profile access opportunity: patient and rehabilitator. In the first case, the application provides a very simple, "guided" usage experience; in the second one it allows a wide customization in order to adapt the device to the patient's unique profile.
