NEXLESS

The NEXLESS brand name consists of a concatenation of the Latin words NEX (BOUND) and LESS and is defined as BOUNDLESS possibilities in our Augmented Internet of Things (“AIoT”) platform. NEXLESS is founded on four core principles: stability, reliability, evolution, and value.

NEXLESS was created in 2017 with a vision to create a connected Smart Building technology leveraging the latest and most advanced technology.
The platform used by NEXLESS is based on IoT (Internet of Things)-type connectivity solutions. It is flexible, multi-functional, sustainable, and secure. It allows users remote access to consult, program, operate, and control large and small appliances and electrical, security and HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings as well as in vehicles.

Shortly following its creation, Nexless formed a partnership with Terminus/Everbright Rushmore to design, develop, and create a full line of smart building products and the AIoT Core smart building platform –– which would connect all “connectable” devices. Nexless and Terminus initially developed these technologies in China. The platform and our products have become so successful that NEXLESS is now widely recognized in China as a high-end smart building brand name. NEXLESS Products have been so successful that its products are sold out until the end of 2021.

In early 2020, NEXLESS began redesigning its AIoT technology to benefit the healthcare market. NEXLESS donated much needed PPEs and designed a ventilator from using a 3D printed enclosure. In collaboration with the Jewish General Hospital, Nexless designed medical grade sensors and valves, industrial grade PLCs and an HMI display. The objective was to create a reproducible ventilator from widely available components. Following its work on the ventilator, Nexless began to collaborate with a group of researchers from McGill University and from the Lady Davis Institute to incorporate the technology into Commerciable RT-qPCR.
