Omni Medical Solutions was founded in 2005 as a durable medical equipment (DME) company specializing in electrotherapy and neuromuscular stimulation. Over time, the company expanded its services to include DNA testing for cancer. Omni began collaborating with physician-owned practices to streamline and consolidate laboratory testing services under one umbrella. The company built strong laboratory relationships across the nation to provide these practices with top-notch services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Omni had to adapt its business model. They implemented mobile phlebotomy services so physicians could still conduct laboratory tests during quarantine. Additionally, several nationwide companies approached Omni for assistance with COVID testing. Omni formed partnerships with over 100 laboratories across the country to facilitate this testing and emerged as a leader in providing testing services for the film industry, working with major clients such as Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, ABC, NBC Universal, Blumhouse, and Lionsgate. Omni also supported commercial and corporate productions for clients including USAA, Cartier, BMW, Best Buy, NFL, Verizon, Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz, and TikTok. Following the conclusion of COVID testing, Omni became a part-owner of a high-complexity laboratory focusing on hematology, chemistry, and PCR testing. Recently, they were approached by another nationwide company to launch the clinical testing side for dementia and Alzheimer's.
