He continue his education at The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Oscar Muñiz graduated from the University Of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in 1994. He later completed a Medical degree from the Central del Caribe School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a one year internship in General Surgery at The University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Parkland Hospital.
