Photon Manufacturing develops Electronics and Optical Systems for Medical and Laser Devices. We blend analog, digital,and mixed-signal design to convert customer concepts into working electronic systems. Our firmware developers focus on embedded systems for optimal reliability. Our PCB designers work hand-in-hand with the mechanical design team, creating integrated solutions to meet your customers' needs. Our optical design team excels in laser system integration and non-imaging optics. Our particular focus on User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) leads to logical, easy-to-use devices. We have experience in medical devices, scientific equipment, and laser systems. Past projects have included clinical and pre-clinical laser systems, LED illumination for phototherapy, non-imaging ultrasound, consumer product motor control, and laser light show equipment. We are well versed in Medical Device requirements including ISO 13485, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, and FDA recommended practices. We are adept at integrating our design work with your Quality Management System so you maintain the complete Design History Record and Device Master Records for the products we develop on your behalf.
