Priority One was established in 1993, driven by a recognized need for quality surgical
instrument repair services. Since that time Priority One has been dedicated to providing
our customers with an independent, low-cost alternative to manufacturers’ high repair
prices.
We are deeply committed to recognizing our customer’s needs and continually
adjusting our capabilities to meet them, including a significant investment
in state of the art facilities and equipment, cutting edge technology and the latest in
research and development. With a quality driven approach, we have
expanded service lines to include the repair of flexible and rigid endoscopes, surgical
cameras and EndoEye video laparoscopes, as well as pneumatic, electric, and battery
powered orthopedic power equipment.
Repairs are expedited as “Priority,” which results in a 24 to 48 hour turnaround for most
repairs. Some exceptions would be small diameter scopes, operating laparoscopes, and
ureteroscopes as well as the replacement of shaft and fibers. As an additional service,
Priority One offers an extensive loaner program to all our customers at no additional
charge.
Priority One’s flexible endoscope repair technicians are capable of performing the most
difficult repairs including the replacement of insertion tubes, image guide fiber bundles,
and CCD chips. We repair all makes and models of endoscopes.
